Heather Rarick, RN, BSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Kalamazoo Rejuvenation Med Spa. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2002 and later completed her Master’s degree at Chamberlain University.

Heather spent over 14 years specializing in wound and burn care before expanding into aesthetic medicine in 2021. Her extensive medical background brings a strong foundation of safety, precision, and patient-focused care to every treatment she performs.

She has completed advanced aesthetic training with industry leaders including the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Allergan, Galderma, Revance, and IAPAM. Heather is certified in the administration of FDA-approved cosmetic injectables and aesthetic procedures and is committed to continually advancing her education in the field.

With more than 22 years of experience in healthcare as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, Heather is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and dedication to achieving natural, balanced results.

Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time with her family on their farm, where she and her husband raise horses, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs alongside their three children.

Allison Pierce is a Sciton Certified Laser Technician at Kalamazoo Rejuvenation Med Spa, specializing in advanced laser treatments designed to improve skin tone, texture, and overall skin health.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2000 and a Master of Science in Education from Walden University in 2005. Allison began her career as a dedicated school teacher, where she developed a passion for education that now carries into her work with patients.

Today, Allison combines technical precision with a thoughtful, educational approach to aesthetic treatments. She is passionate about helping patients understand their skin and guiding them through personalized treatment plans using advanced laser technology to achieve natural, noticeable results.

Outside of the clinic, Allison is a proud mom of three and enjoys spending time with her family while maintaining her own commitment to wellness and self care.

Hailey is a licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician with advanced training in clinical skincare and corrective treatments. She specializes in comprehensive skin analysis and creates customized treatment plans designed to support long-term skin health and confidence-boosting results.

Her experience includes a wide range of facial and corrective services such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, customized facials, and laser treatments for both corrective concerns and ongoing skin maintenance. Hailey is passionate about educating clients on their skin and developing personalized product regimens and at-home routines that help maintain and enhance their results.

Originally from Washington, Hailey recently relocated to Michigan with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of the spa, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fly fishing, exploring new places, or discovering hidden gems throughout the area.

Ryan Rarick is the co-owner of Kalamazoo Rejuvenation Med Spa and plays a key role in the business development and strategic growth of the practice. His focus is ensuring the clinic operates at the highest level so the medical and aesthetic team can concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care and results.

Ryan Beierle manages the behind-the-scenes systems that keep Kalamazoo Rejuvenation running smoothly. From optimizing the online booking experience to maintaining the practice’s technology and backend operations, his work ensures patients can easily schedule, communicate, and access services.

His attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help create a seamless experience for both patients and providers, allowing the clinical team to focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality aesthetic care.
